Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the "Book a consultation" form on modularcabinetsbohol.com. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

When you send the form, we receive:

• your name
• your mobile number
• your email address, if you give one
• your town
• the type of project, and any details you type in
• the finish and model you picked in the 3D planner, if you used it

We don't ask for anything else. The site has no user accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry: to call or message you, give you a quote and arrange a site visit or showroom appointment. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

Who else handles it

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. Web3Forms receives your message and forwards it to our email inbox (Gmail). It acts as our processor and handles the data under its own privacy policy.

The 3D planner downloads the three.js library from cdnjs, a Cloudflare service, so your browser connects to Cloudflare when it loads. Links to Facebook and Messenger take you to those sites, where Meta's privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep project and billing records as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 15 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
